Chief Executive, Barb Audiences
Justin was appointed Chief Executive of Barb Audiences in 2012. During his tenure, Barb Audiences has launched multiple-screen audience ratings, daily reporting for online streaming platforms and commissioned contracts until 2029.
He was part of the start-up team at the Radio Advertising Bureau and rose to become Managing Director. He left RAB in 2004 to join ITV, where he was responsible for relationships with advertisers and trade marketing strategy.
As UK Managing Director of AGB Nielsen, he had experience of being a contractor to Barb Audiences before going on to work at Kantar on the post-merger integration of TNS
