Becky’s career has spanned multiple sectors including Financial Services, Media and Publishing and Retail. She joined HSBC from Boots where she was Head of Digital Experience. Her career has focussed on understanding customers and using technology to meet their needs. She is an award-winning marketer, recognised in the Marketing Week Top 100 most effective marketers in 2022 and 2023. She is a leader in digital transformation, digitally led marketing and proposition development and, with a background in economics, has consistently focussed on both marketing and investment effectiveness.
She is currently the Chief Marketing Officer for HSBC UK accountable for both Retail and Corporate marketing. Becky is a non-exec director for a travel startup, a member of the IPA Effectiveness Council, a Judge for multiple marketing awards and a member of the Effie (Marketing Effectiveness) Council.
At weekends she can be found spending time with friends and family, horse riding or practising Karate!
